Well, it was a great day last week. I received the factory refurbished COWON V5HD that I ordered the week prior on Amazon.com. I remember taking it out of the package and holding it in my hands. I sent out this tweet to let the world, and more immediately my followers know, just how I felt.
Well, that was short lived. Soon I realized that this particular refurbished unit was more RE and less furbished. Parts of the screen were gray and the audio sounded like a flat unamplified EQ was set, even when it wasn't.
The silver lining to the story here is that through the STERLING CUSTOMER SERVICE of JetAudio, Inc (COWON USA) the product price is going to be refunded to me.
The question now becomes, what COWON will I buy to replace it?
